MAKING RECOMMENDATIONS

My name is Paula, I'm from Terrassa in Catalonia. There's lots of great Catalan food that you can try.
For breakfast you should have some "tortitas de santa teresita". It's a type of sweet. It has eggs, milk, sugar and bread.
You should also try some biscuits like "Oreos" with milk. It's so simple but so delicious too and you don't have to do anything, just eat it.
For lunch or dinner, you should try paella for lunch and Spanish omelette for dinner. Paella is a typical food in Spain. It has sea food and rice, it's very good.
For a sweet treat, you can have some Catalan Cream. There's a type of sweet. You should also try some honey and curd. For my opinion, it isn't so good but it's a typical food in Catalonia. It looks delicious although I don't mind it.

EINSTEIN

Albert Einstein was a famous physical, the most famous scientist in the XX century.
He was born in Germany, 14th march of 1879. Letter he left in Switzerland and USA.
In 1915 he published his special relativity theory when he still was a young and unknown physical. Probably the most known equation is the mathematics expression of the equivalence between dough and energy, deduced by Einstein. He won the Nobel prize of physics for his explanation of the effect photoelectric.
He died in 18th April of 1955.
